Daniel Sleeman, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Daniel Sleeman is a native of the Greater Houston area, where he attended Waller High School. Growing up he was very involved in sports, school and church activities. He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout and served a two-year mission in Frankfurt, Germany. He played Division 3 basketball before returning home to be closer to his family where he continued playing JuCo ball in the Houston Area.
Upon completing undergraduate studies in Human Biology and Public Health he went on to receive a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Texas Chiropractic College. During that time he served as the Lead Intern for Sports management at the surrounding high schools and helped student athletes in football, basketball, softball/baseball, wrestling and track and field return to playing shape and helped them improve their performance. With his athletic background, Dr. Sleeman uses several tools to help change the lives of his patients. He has training in Progressive Rehab, Myofascial Release Techniques, FAKTR, Dry Needling, Cupping, Decompression, Nutrition and Cold Laser Therapy. Dr. Sleeman puts an emphasis on restoring functionality, preventative and wellness care, as well as helping educate patients to meet their health goals.
Dr. Sleeman is married to Jennifer, and they are proud parents of their sons, Mason and Barrett. During his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, woodworking, playing sports, and spending time with his family.
Lucas Adolph, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Lucas Adolph earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2020 from Texas Chiropractic College. Prior to chiropractic school, he earned his B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Frostburg State University in Maryland. While at TCC, Lucas participated in rotations in neurosurgery and osteopathic family medicine while also establishing the inaugural on site rotation within Pasadena Interdependent School District providing chiropractic care for student athletes within area high schools. You could also find him on the sidelines of football games on Thursday and Friday nights. Lucas has experience in sports performance training and rehab, having done both prior to attending chiropractic school.
Growing up Lucas played baseball and football through childhood and the latter in college at Frostburg State. Lucas is driven to provide the most up-to-date, evidence based care for his patients and believes it is an honor to serve his community.
While not providing care, he loves spending time with his family and pets. He also enjoys working out, playing recreational sports and honing his skills in the kitchen.
Justin Utz, D.C.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Dr. Utz is native to Northwest Houston where he attended Klein High School and graduated top 10% of class. He went on to attend Texas A&M University (Whoop!) where he received his Bachelors of Science in Nutrition (honors).
Dr. Utz has always had a passion for preventative, collaborative care and strives to help patients find true health and lasting wellness. During his senior year at A&M, he suffered debilitating headaches and migraines that interfered with his school and extracurricular activities. Wanting to try an alternative solution, he went to see a local chiropractor and wanted to be able to extend the benefits to others. He then attended Parker University in Dallas, where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic and Master of Science in Functional Nutrition (honors). He completed his clinical training at the world renowed Cleveland Clinic, where he treated common musculoskeletal issues, collaborated with multiple providers and trained in procedures for managing chronic pain and injuries.
Dr. Utz focuses on restoring mobility and function with goals that are important to his patient's daily lives. His specialties are Cox Flexion Distraction Techinque, Myofascial Release, Fascial Distortion Model, KT Taping, and lifestyle modifiction.
In his spare time, Dr. Utz enjoys attending the symphony, jazz concerts, and supporting his fellow Aggies at home games. He likes to play his guitar, take day trips around Texas, cook healthy satisfying meals, spend time with his family and serve in his church.

Marcy Halterman, D.C.,J.D., Ms.P.H., R.N.
Doctor of Chiropractic
Marcy Halterman-Cox, D.C., J.D., Ms.P.H., R.N. is a second generation doctor of chiropractic who has practiced full time in the Bryan/College Station area since 1987. She is also an adjunct associate clinical professor in the Department of Humanities, Texas A&M College of Medicine. Having dealt with thousands of patients in her career, she has facilitated dialogue with local physicians who often knew very little about alternative medicine in order to better serve their patients in common. Serving the patient with exemplary care is her primary goal and helping them to regain function/eliminate pain in the shortest time possible is what she continually strives for. She is also certified in Webster technique, which can decrease pelvic distortions and optimize pregnancy outcomes.
Dr. Halterman has published in peer reviewed medical journals, has written for professional trade papers, and has presented to various audiences on multiple topics. She has extensive background in the area of musculoskeletal, herbal and nutritional therapies, patient communications and medical/legal issues. She graduated from Southern Illinois University with a bachelors in physiology, and has degrees from Logan College of Chiropractic (1982), South Texas College of Law (1993), Texas A&M School of Public Health (2006) and Texas A&M Corpus Christi (2015).
Dr. Halterman has been involved in the community since arriving in the Brazos Valley, helping support and serve many worthwhile causes such as the Brazos Valley Symphony, Arts Council of Brazos Valley, Brazos Valley Foodbank, American Heart Society, KAMU Public Television and Radio, Hospice Brazos Valley, Aggieland Animal Shelter and many more. Being a seven year survivor of Stage IV colorectal cancer, she helped found BCS Healing Strong, a faith- based holistic based cancer support group (for more info, see www.healingstrong.org)
Her hobbies are yoga (and is a 200 RTY -registered yoga instructor), cycling, surfing, snow skiing, recycling, and getting degrees. If she couldn't be a doctor of chiropractic, she would be a Viking sheild maiden.
She and her husband, Russell Cox (retired oncology nurse, Cancer Clinic in Bryan) enjoy life in the Brazos Valley and are members at Grace Bible Church - Creekside. They have two grown daughters, Eva - who attends UT Dallas and Aine, TAMU Class of 2021 (whoop!), married to Nathaniel Ortiz (Class of 2020). Both Aine and Nathaniel are currently attending Dallas Theological Seminary in Dallas and are training to be missionaries to unreached language groups with Radius International.
